I did a mech conversion on an older TS, Hydro on a TS290 and jackshaft to axle on an RTS. Its been a while but I think there are pics in the media section. What Alsport are you working on, there are a few different models

I just picked this up a couple of weeks ago, so I'm still very new to the Trisports. I believe this would be a TS50, but I could be wrong.

Has a 5hp Tecumseh, no front brakes, and two "band" style brakes - one on each side of the rear axle.

Will a regular Go-Kart disk brake conversion kit work, or at least get me close? I do have a welder and some fabrication skills, so I can modify if needed. Just hoping to get some advice on what parts I should order to start with.

Thanks again

Just make sure the axle size is right and you will need 2 masters one for each side. You can get he them for the handle bars from a new Tri-sport model.
