And since i'm quite sure the 300TT's were a later model (ie: after 70') the H30 would be correct.

I believe it is a '70 model 300TT. I think the "fold-up" foot pegs exempt it from being from the '69 model run. I am not certain yet, but I do not believe fenders were originally an option. They look a bit out of place. Nice find, either way. I wish I could find one local.
