Fat tire mini with Rupp Engine???

Howdy folks. Great and infromative forum. Just discovered this board while trying to do some research on a mini recently purchased. The engine is a HS50. Everything seems to be mostly original. Any help appreciated. Hope the pictures attach....TIA
