What type of frame tubing do you all use for custom frames? Theres a local shop that sells 14 gauge tubing for frames and I'm wondering if that will be able to hold up for a GX390 Who-Flung-Dung bike without distorting. :hack:

All the production frames I've seen advertized use .083 tubing 7/8" O.D.
Schedule 40 construction tubing is a little heavier and easier to weld. I think it's a little over .100 Should be strong enough for anything you put on it. You can get either from a pipe and steel supply store.
