Garage Sale Find

I picked this up yesterday with engine, various new parts still in the package (Comet Clutch,Brake Drum/Sprocket/Cable/Handle Wheels/Tires) but have no clue what it is. I'm going to try my best as my first project to get it looking & running good. I've already stripped off the many layers of paint & primed it. But the questions is...What is it?

Looks like a Manco 250 with a few extra holes and scrub brake mounts.

Great find! You need to weld up the extra holes, the ones in the frame tubes will effect the structural integrity of the frame!:weld::grind::thumbsup:
