If it's in a no-reserve auction... and there's a bid, doesn't that mean it's as good as sold?

that's how I see it - that bid is what he has to sell it at if it ends there.

Nope. Seller can end it at anytime as long as it hasn't ended even with bids. Not sure what eBay does to the seller as I never have done this action. I have had bids on an auction that just disappeared into thin air.

Seller has them listed on eBay, OldMiniBikes and locally. Be sure to bid quick and often or these will slip through your hands.

I once had a foose tool box on ebay and ended the auction early even though it had bids on it. That was a few years ago though. I think you cant end it if its 24 hours or 12 hours before the auction ends.
