Doe anyone have a Huskie Pathfinder ?


Made in Chicago il.


I also have another minibike, but have no clue what it is. I need to get the photos posted. As I have looked at alot of minibikes and none look like it.


Just you standard frame one with no springs, but has like a grab bar built into the frame. Or should I say bent, rolled steel. Not welded on.


I will try and get some pics so you can let me know what it is.

Also looking for info on the Huskie Pathfinder.

Mine is factory color green, still has huskie pathfinder orginal sticker on it.

here is,

primered- Unkown

engine on it, old pioneer Gene-motor corp, model AS type SS 3799

Red minibike- Huskee Pathfinder, made chicago il.

White engine, old CLinton engine.










seeking parts for the green pioneer engine, carb parts, air filter and housing.

Huskee Pathfinder

Nice minibike !

Unfortunetly, the red one I just painted, was a Huskee Pathfinder made out of chicago il.

It still had the factory decals and stickers on it, it was orginally green.

I put new wheels and rims on it, got the other parts ordered and coming.

But I do see the scat cat, and the huskee have some simuliar features.

The primered one is the one I am trying to figure out what it is.

I use to own a Scat Cat. Brian is right. It looks exactly like a Scat Cat. If its not, Huskee might have bought them and put there own name on it.

hey sporty,just like josh said. some companys just put there name on it and had someone else make it. for example gilson made minibike in the 70's,but also sold to montgomery ward. other example mtd made a minibike and also sold it to columbia bicycle.
sporty it good that you posted the info on your huskie pathfinder. now we know that scat-cat made minibikes for someone else too.
post some more pictures when you get the minibike done:thumbsup:

I will get some more pics of the huskee that are better than the one I took.

When I get it all together also.

Does anyone have any idea what the primered one is ?


The motor on it was from 1946. But who is to say if it is original.


Pioneer made lawn mowers, and chain saws back then.

Could they have made a minibike ?

not even close to a scat cat i have two scat cats ,but i have a old frame laying around , missing forks ,same as sporty shows , rear tire mount ,long neck , small gusset underneath the neck welded to frame tubes ,thanks for the id:thumbsup:
