The frame and handlebar setup is almost identical to my Prowler. And Arctic Cat did put Briggs is some models.

Here's a link to the OldMiniBikes's Arctic Cat specs page.It has helped me.

OldMiniBikes.com » Arctic Cat - Vintage Mini Bike Community. Forum, Photo Album, Projects and more

Not sure what model it is.It seems to have the internal front springs like the Prowler, but the dual frame downtubes like other models using the Tecumseh engine.(the Prowler has a Sachs engine and a single downtube.)I'd almost say it's a modified 71 Whisker.

Either way,it looks to be in good shape.Definately a good project.(I'm jealous:biggrin:)

I may be wrong on the Briggs engine. All the AC bikes I've found sofar(this has me double checking) have had either Sachs,Tecumseh or Kawasaki engines.

Unable to open your link for some reason but all AC's had a single backbone frame with the exception of the Scout. Arctic Cat used Sachs, Tecumseh, Kawasaki and Westbend engines.
