where theres a will theres a way thats for sure. i'm sure it won't be that bad. i will probably use WD-40 on the bead or soapy water to help seat it,thats what i do on my honda XR650L dirtbike when i change a tube or tire. keep an eye on that tire, because putting grease on rubber will usually degrade the material so you could possibly blow out a tube or something. just my .02c
