Slant mount Tecumseh

I just got a bike with a 4hp Tecumseh mounted at an angle (like a Rupp). When I change the oil, do I make the engine level and fill it until it's full, or do I fill it as it sits at an angle until it flows out the back (top) oil fill?
Can any flathead Tecumseh sit forward at an angle, or is there a special oil splasher inside the engine on a Tecumseh mounted that way?

Mine had a dip stick which you can get but I believe the splasher is the same and you fill when the engine is level. Tilted would be way too much oil.

Tecumseh HS40-HS50 use 21oz of oil much more than that and it will start to blow it out the beather. All my Rupps have either HS40 or HS50 that are slant mount and thats how much I use in them.
