I'm not having any trouble figuring out why it's very rare...you won't sell many with that pull-behind 'horse and carriage' design...

That thing must be a real workout to steer...

That snow plane looks like fun...similar to the air boats we use down here...

Was that Bolens 'snow tractor' in the first post designed to tow other attachments?...similar to turn of the century field tractor designs where the operator was seated on the implement being towed instead of the tractor itself...

These tractors were designed for farmers to replace the horse with a simple engine powered tractor, but still be able to use their existing implements (plows, harrows, etc.), and not have to upgrade all at once...

Such an unusual design for the mid-century, as in this Bolens machine...

That was the only thing it was made to tow but you can hook more than one to it. The guy calls his a 1965 but they were made from 1967-69 They had a earlier model called a Hus-Ski.
