How great it would be to have a resource for people in the mini bike community to borrow rarely used tools like a Tecumseh dial indicator, valve grinders, taps, etc so one does not have to purchase these tools and have them sit around.
This idea has already been tried with success, you may have a tool library in your area. I feel the same concept could be applied online with a subscription fee, agreement to take care of tools and perhaps a deposit when borrowing the tools. Then the tools could be mailed out back and forth to the librarians of the tools or each other. Not sure the specifics of how it would work but it’d be a nice resource.
