torque converter stall

Comet says 3100 max engagement then sells springs
and weights for up to 5300 rpm.. Does anyone have anything
on 4000+ engagements? Is there anything in the Comet
literature about it?

You didn't mention which series 20,30,40, etc... but you can sometimes substitute the lighter springs with heavier weights and/or lighter weights with the original springs to get some variations of stall speed.

Hey friend, Comet 30. I have always used 3300 but for a new ride
I'm looking at 3600- 4000+. Numbers are for the 20 series as well.
I see some high-end clutches lock up at 4000, that's a comparison.
