UHH??? Ideas?

I purchased another bike and not quite sure what it is. I know i have seen it before. Tried Mini doodle, but got great answers last time here soo?? Was origanally orange. Front and rear brakes, 3 horse tecumseh (if it matters).

SCAT Cat??????? Or a Grand Prix???? Handle bars look close

according to some pics on minidoodle looks like one. But i am not sure

I'd bet it's a Scat Cat ASC114 with the handle bars welded in place. The Grand Prix had forward mounted footpegs.
