What Brand/Model Mini Bike Is This?

I picked up this bike off a guy for $85 and he doesn't know what it is and neither do I :shrug:. So what is it?

The frame/forks Were manufactured in Taiwan. This is how they looked

Yours has a different swing arm and a jackshaft. His is called Keystone soft-tail deluxe same bikes though
