I must be getting old, I should know what this wheel is but don't remember. It is 5 inch.

That is an Azusa Hex Star. I just bought a set from Ace for my Bug Flea Competition F71. They were also used on the Cheyenne line. Probably many more.

The drive wheel comes with built in lugs for the sprocket. Here are some I am going to be using. (On top)

Thanks for the info, I bought a rough gocart frame to get the rims so I have one front and one drive wheel. Now put them on a shelf until a project.
