CR find, ARCO chopper my brother and I had as kids in the 70s now get to share it with my kids. Was a bit of a mess mechanically ,to much engine, no brakes,wing nuts, etc .Object is to make it somewhat correct, safe, and reliable ,ride the heck out of it ,then do cosmetics .
