The motor on the bike is a Tecumseh Power Products M/n: T1376 also known as an AH51 approximately 3 hp. All of that series motor had a built in defect from Tecumseh which was an aluminum gas tank that cracked. When I rebuilt the motor I corrected the defect and yes that is the original motor that came on the bike new.
