My neighbor growing up (still lives next to my parents) worked at Tecumseh in Grafton, WI for many years. All his lawn and snow equipment always had new motors on them. He used to have boxes in his basement of brand new motors from the 70's. He's long since retired, and his stock has all but gone away.
He and his wife still rummage alot though....and alwasy seem to find deals on powered stuff. So last year I put the bug in his ear that I was looking for a minibike motor...and if he saw one at a rummage I'd be interested. Well...I saw him this weekend.....and he had done some cleaning in his basement and found one last boxed up motor from his time at Tecumseh and wanted to know if I'd be interested. Here's what he had.....brand new, in the box!!!!
Now I need another project to put this in!!!!
