looks a lot like a Heald Trail Bronc, but the rear of the frame doesn't sweep down correctly... I would say somebodys copycat idea of a Heald Trail Bronc... 70 - 80's MTD or something maybe.. Power Dyne in Japan used to do a lot of that as well.
