Here is a wee scooter I bought a few years ago in Germany it was meant to have belonged to some American troops who stationed there, it has a Clinton engine it's starting and running, has a pull start and a left hand side foot controll rocker pedal, forward for throttle, and back for brake which tightens a brake band around the clutch hub (cintrifical) . Can anyone give me more information like make year etc ?
