My Tryke, I just got this about 2 weeks ago, super excited to restore it to as close to it's orignial condition as I can. I have 3 other Heald bikes in various states. I will post them soon. Gonna get all my pieces n partrs together. I have access to a large sanblasting rig. I want to make good use of that time & do a couple frames I have all at once. The big Sand Blast Rig leaves such a nice " Satiny " finish on the bare metal. Then clean them off with acetone & paint them with POR 15 for the durability factor. I have been considering removing All Fenders I have & blasting the underside clean & the adding a coat of POR15 to ALL of them. Yes I know that paint will eventually wear & be damaged but to me, the preservation might just could keep it around another 30-50 years....
