I just joined this site on 5/10/16 and am an old guy looking for some answers. I've been a mechanic for most of my life and just bought a little Rutman Mini Bike on eBay. Just too nice to pass up. Live in Southern Georgia near the FL border. Just wanted something to scoot around the neighborhood on with my neighbors in thier golf carts, ATV's etc. But I wanted something different. I found it!
