    Not sure on the question but if you swap to a 212 put the throttle cable exactly like it was mounted to the original engine and you should be all set. If you get a 212 get a Hemi 212 or the new 224. Then you could use the gas tank off the Coleman 196 engine. You may need a new clutch for the new engines 3/4" crankshaft. The Hisun 196 has a 16mm crankshaft so your clutch will not work on the new engine.
