He put the photos in there, asking for info. It's definitely the same one though. I think mine has the plate, but it has been painted. Maybe different years. I finally have everything for mine except the brakes. I keep thinking I'll start on it, but something else gets ahead of it. Did you check out his photos? The little triangular stops on the bottom fork tree is something else I've only seen on Bird minicycles.
