My childhood mini bike- what is it?

This is my childhood mini. I remember riding it when I was about 10. That would be early 80’s and it was used then.
The seat is not correct and the chain guard is from a bicycle.
The foot pegs flip up. The area under the frame extends under the seat and is rounded.
Any idea what brand or model this is? I would like to restore it.

Clark cyclops, made in Conyers GA they had a few variations, but here is one add for them:

I've lived within a couple hundred miles of Georgia since 1967, and have never seen one in person.

Thank you for the information. My dad kept this in one of his outbuildings and it has been untouched for about 35 years. He drained the gas tank, change the spark plug and points, and it actually fired up.

So back story is that my great grandfather started Clark mfg company and I am now just hearing the stories about the mini bikes and go karts. So would love to get one and redo it

If I were you I would create another thread in Mini Bike Discussion where you could post what you know about Clark Mfg Co. Do you have or have access to any mementos or old material? You're in the right place (this site) for sharing historical information about Clark.
