Got this from a warehouse auction here in West Virginia; Does anybody know what I have?? The color of this frame was blue with white fenders, the id tag appears to be brass, it does have a spring/shock for the front suspension.

this does have a single spring suspension on the front.

Serial number on what appears to be a brass tag, riveted on from factory.

This is the tag with serial number, under the seat.

Appears that the original color was a blue, with white fenders.

does anybody know what I have? Came from an old warehouse here in WV.
