    I would take the shroud and the flywheel off. Put the headbolts back in and paint them on the block.

    Not as nice as a easy to handle regular mini bike, but not bad either. I personally would pick a chopper for riding on the road because it is comfortable and cool.:cool:

    Cleaning a Badge

    This is one of my easy off projects. The motorcycle had chrome sheet metal with red spray paint. We did it in sections to have better results. I know it is not paint underneath, but still shows that it works.
