i found a crack in the frame on the mini bike where the tubing meets i stitch weld it close. if the weather is nice tomorrow i am planning to weld the engine mount plate and take pics for you guys.

its coming along good now that its nice out. i am stripping the paint this weekend

it will be stretched in the middle of the frame for a longer wheel base and more room for the honda clone.

i am going to do the sleeves.

should i weld a couple metal brace on the frame before cutting and welding on the frame to help keep it straight?

oh i am...i am making my daughter a motorized bike too.

i know a buddy gave them to me for money he owed me.

i have the swingarm all mock up on the mini bike. sorry for not have any new posting about the bike lately i have been work a lot of hours and i don't have a shop or garage to work in. so i have to wait for a nice days to do most of the work. i will post a pic with the mock up swingarm ether...

all my stuff is here from OldMiniBikes now i am just waiting for some ebay stuff that i order from over the weekend. then i can really start working on the mini bike :grind:

i got some stuff from OldMiniBikes.com. with the snow storm its taking longer then i was hopping to get the stuff i order from OldMiniBikes and ebay.:sad:

no i am going to change it up...take the old and the new to make it my own. i will have to see if i can get my kids involve on this build.

yeah with the two metal plates under it. :grind: i will take the wood off and use the two metal plates to weld the motor mounts.
