This would be the most correct answer. Some late sixtie or early seventy minibikes could be "grand fathered" in because they were titled back in the day as street legal. RUPP ROADSTER some speedways etc. And most likely no blinkers were required prior to 1972 or thereabouts.......People already...

Looks like their could be an old one :shrug: on e-bay right now, 150 bucks.

Looks like the right clutch on ebay is their also.

Those are hard to find. They had asbestos pads (I think) on the end of the arms that contact the drum. They were always breaking off. The best thing to do would try to find an old busted one and rig something on where the pad used to be. If you find a good one that works it will bring top dollar.
