it sounds like its coming from the pull start area so i rewind the pull start just in case that was the problem

yea new 97cc engine put new spark plug, fresh gas , and there's air compression. i've also checked the engine coil and still nothing honestly i want to put a bigger engine but where i live i cant really ride it anywhere im checking if i could make it street legal

I'm not sure whats going on i put a brand new engine and carb and it still doesn't go the new engine doesn't even start i don't know what i'm doing wrong is there a way to install a new engine ? i put oil , it has gas , new spark plug and it makes a bit of a squeak noise. anyone has any advice ...
