The Recoil on my Clinton 3 1/4 HP. mounted on Little Gen blew apart today. I need the complete assy. I think I need the little fling out things that lock in the recoil. Help Me!!!

I'm looking for a working B&S starter rewind ( spring, pulley, rope, shroud) Model 091212 Type 021901 Code 960724FA, 3.5 hp. used on an edger. OR, suggestions on how/what I need to do to fix the rewind. I replaced the starter clutch. Thank you very much. :shrug:
