Does anyone have tall rims/tires for sale that take narrow tires?

Want approximately 3" wide tire tread.

Are tall, narrow tires available new today?

What would I be looking for, as regards to minis having tall/narrow wheels/tires.., IE, Brand name of minis).

I missed what seemingly are called kidney bean wheels with tires at Portland.

Please educate me.

I am trying to build a step thru from scratch.
Tall wheels would be more comfortable at speed to chase free flight model airplanes.
Deteriorating hips preclude swinging leg over my Manco "Big Cat."

dennis carpender sells cushman parts or maybe check ebay but it sounds like you looking for a cushman highlander or somthing like that
