3.5 hp tecumseh rebuild cost?

Has anyone rebuild or had one rebuilt lately?

Its a mid 80's 3.5hp tecumseh engine, I just rebuilt the carb and got it running seems like its struggling a bit, probably time for a rebuild. Are the parts easy to get? and is it a good idea? anyone know how much about?

if not to fix is the answer what do I replace with?

Under $50 if you have a hone already...

$10-$18 on rings
$12 gasket set
$6 for oil seals

Tecumseh Engine Parts
