The engine would be 1963/64 with that decaling, shroud, recoil assembly, etc... They ran them like that up to '65 with the plug cut out and Fairbanks teardrop starter but I think the ballon decaling came into play.
Thank you for the info sir, with that said I'd prefer a 63 or 64 tag but will most definitely take a newer one up to 69 if that's what is available to me.

Man, I think I've got a 1968 H35 tag in the garage. Let me take a look this week and see


Scratch that, it's an H30 tag
