ok the motor is a 97CC Baja. i cant get it to run with out the choke. itll start fine and will idle kind of high, so ill turn the idle screw down to where its idling well but sometimes as soon as i touch the choke a hair to take it off itll either stall or idle really low. i just cleaned the carb but no change. would running a fuel line that is too small do something? also, if i go to give it gas with choke on itll rev but sounds lazy, if i do happen to get it to idle with the choke off it will want to stall if i turn the choke off. please help!

I've read that some of the 97cc Baja motors came from the factory with the sticker for choke on/off reversed. It kinda sounds like that may be your problem. Try running it with the choke on, or just take the air cleaner/box off and look to see if the choke is open or closed, to check if the reversed sticker idea is the problem.
