Found an interesting link for those who want to build their own tubing benders and tubing notchers. Not sure if anyone is aware of this site, I only found it using a Google search.
I searched for tubing benders before and never came across that site. In addition to the bender (linked to in my post) and notcher (I did not link to) they also have plans for a frame welding jig. Lots of good info. there.
