Not sure what this is, looks like some overseas junk... any ideas would he greatly appreciated

Forks look factory...but the rest looks homemade . The frame has not one bend in it,looks like maybe a pipe elbow in the rear...not much holding the bearings in the rear either. Bicycle handle bars.
Yeah..my vote is it's a Frankenbike !

i like it. def homebuilt job. would have to look at it closer but i dont see why the bearing hangers look bad. if they are thick enough and welded on properly i wouldnt think it would be a problem.

BUT if it were me id scrap the rear bearing hanger, make a swing arm mount and build a swing arm and make a little fat cat out of it
