Not sure how far you guys are from Jim Thorpe, Pa. I have a couple members up there a couple times a year to ride trikes and mini bikes. Where I am located you can ride on the roads, There is no traffic. Its called a development but it is very wooded. 747 acres of mountain laurel and trees. I think we are up to 250 homes. All the houses are on a minimum of 1 acre.

That sound like Paradise! I am on a dead end street and could ride there but that will get old quick. Lol. Around here the cops harass the kids for riding their bikes on roads and sidewalks. They are in the process of building a small bike track for them.
