Anyone convert a 12VDC starter to 120VAC ?

I was wondering if anyone has done this.
I know that Tecumseh has both types available, but I think briggs only used 12 volt starters for there motors.

Anyone know what electronics I need?

I know that a transformer is essential, but what else?

Briggs used both types also ,, Most snowblowers were 120 volt ,if you have a briggs sevice manual they are listed , It would be less money to ju:wink:st get the correct starter or look for a good used one ,,
