Band / clutch brake question

What size band / clutch brakes are you guys using on a MT clutch? (35 pitch) I measured the drum and it's 4 3/16"... so I'm not sure if I should use a 4 3/16'' or maybe something a little larger so it doesn't rub :shrug:

I think mine is 4.5"

What is the best brand clutch brake? I've heard some are very poor quality.

This bike has a max torque clutch on it and I put a 4" band brake on it from OldMiniBikes Wearhouse,stops on a dime.
