Bent Fork Issues

Well, what I wound up doing was using a small hydraulic bottle jack and put it between the footpegs and the front axle. The fork still has the front fender welded to it-that helped keep both legs going the same way. I SLOWLY jacked the fork away from the frame-and it took a few "cycles" to finally get it where I wanted, because I did it cold. But it worked-and didn't even disturb the paint!!! It wound up being moved about 1/2" out further than where it was when I started. Thanks for your advice about doing it cold!!!
