Best CAMSHAFT for predator 212cc hemi

Hello.This is my 1st post here. My friend has a BSP4 CAM that will fit my engine. It includes pvl flywheel, billet rod,18lb springs, trumpet long pipe,TC,non epa carburetor. Would this cam b a upgrade from the stock cam. Also should I get a shorter header pipe?. 1st engine build. Thanks in advance for any suggestions...

Yes this is an upgrade from the stock cam. NR racing said "Essentially a Chinese copy of a CL3 cam." Keep the long pipe if it fits well.
