The "803" was Sear's designation for Bird manufacturing. that means its actually a sears sold bike, in that time it was known as a Runabout and usually slightly different than the bird wren of the same timeframe and with a Craftsman stamped engine in the later 1960's. It should be a late 60's bike 7/8 tubing size for frame etc..
