Bonanza Engine Plate ID Tag

So I am building what should be a 69' BC1400. The fork plate has the serial number stamped on the round Bonanza tag, there is no tag or rivet holes on the front of the engine plate that I see should be there.


Did all Bonanzas have an engine plate ID tag
riveted on there? Were there other variations for the tags?

From what I have seen/had the tag that was riveted to the motorplate was found on bikes that did not use the solid forkplate. Bikes like the MX version and choppers etc.. I dont know if the MB series go them or not.

My sons MB1210 has it on the front edge of the engine plate as well.
