Calculating cams

#1
I have a cam that I would like to know the full lift and duration. Need to know if I should order duel springs or go with heavier stockers. The lift and duration is as follows:
Intake @ .050 is 100.75 / 214.3
Exhaust @ .050 is 109.75 / 211.1

Don't they just tell you the lift anymore instead of all this .050 jazz. If you can let me have the calculation so in the future I can use it. Thanks:shrug:

I got the numbers after waiting 1 hr. and 15 min. from Comp. The Lift is intake .232 and exhaust is also .232, don't ask me? Anyway I decided to use the 40lb. springs. They should be adequate without taking hp. away at the same time. The information in the original thread is what Comp advertises the cam at. I'm doing all this so I can have something reliable and dependable plus be able to have some fun. Who knows maybe next year I may changes everything and try something else.
