Comet CAT-99 Drive Clutch Repair

Does anyone know how to disassemble the driven clutch? I'm working on my 70 Hilltopper and the clutch is kinda sticky and the spring looks bent.

the only ones Ive seen had set screws in the top plate that needed to be removed then you could un screw the top plate (clutch cam) and disassemble the clutch. this one doesn't appear to have those so maybe you just un screw it?

I have an early generation CAT 99. I just found out that the cam hub is screwed on using a LH thread.
