It's a Hornet hard-tail.. Just had to search a little longer.

And there is a Hornet frame on ebay right now. They stripped it.. It was complete. Damn butchers anyhow.:hammer:

Here is a little more Info. But no clue on year. My guess late 60's early 70's.
