to put a proper shock behind the seat, you need to bolt or weld a hinge to the frame so the front of the seat can pivot, and i just made a crude bracket to attatch the shock on the rear of the seat, and bolted it to the stock fender mount. the seat is from a harley sportster, and the shock is from an electric 4 wheeler. you can do this with the stock seat, but you will need to elevate the rear of the seat so it has room to depress the shock without hitting the frame.
