Does installing the clutch require a special tool?

First I want to thank all who have offered thier insight and tips. This has been a great forum for me being a newbee to the mini bike world. My question is that when I intall a clutch to the motor do I need a special tool. I have seen some for sale and was just wondering if they are neccissary to have. thanks

No special tools needed :thumbsup: Now if you talking about is a "clutch" necessary yes some type of clutch is a necessity:lol:

Sometimes it talks a puller to take old clutches off.

For on,,, make sure your shaft is clean, just line up the key and tap in on with a mallet if needed. use a bolt and washer on the end, give the wrench firm wrap with a mallet to tighten the bolt. :thumbsup:
